The purpose of the association is: a. The development and promotion of business relationships between SMEs between Sri Lanka and Germany. b. Support and advice for Sri Lankan citizens seeking employment in Germany. Integration work is carried out through a variety of integration programs (e.g., initiatives/projects) in Sri Lanka and Germany. c. The creation and provision of infrastructure and advice for establishing SMEs in Germany for Sri Lankan investors and companies, as well as general support for them. d. The representation of Sri Lankan businesspeople in Germany and the promotion of trade relations between the two countries. e. Crowdfunding through the association and cooperation with German associations to finance members' startup projects. f. Participation in trade promotion activities and the organization of intercultural events to promote economic relations. g. Promoting technical collaboration and enabling joint research and development in a bilateral context. h. Arbitration activities. i. Promoting education, culture, and welfare in a bilateral context. j. Healthcare and social development. k. Offerings and training courses to promote traditional Ayurveda.
