Your Goals step by step
1. The "Fast Track" Procedure
Our process is designed to get you to Germany up to 6 months faster than traditional agencies.

A1-A2 Language Training: Completed online while you are in Sri Lanka.

Parallel Processing: Once you reach the A2 level, we immediately start your Anerkennung (Recognition) and Visa paperwork.

B1-B2 Language Training: While the German authorities process your documents (approx. 5 months), you complete your advanced language levels.

Relocation: You arrive in Germany with your B2 certificate and visa ready, starting with a base salary of €2,900 as an assistant, increasing to €3,500+ upon full registration.
2. Transparent Refund Policy
We offer a clear, written guarantee to protect your investment of LKR 100,000:

48-Hour Full Refund: If you change your mind within 1 or 2 days of payment, we provide a 100% refund.

One-Month Partial Refund: After 2 days and within the first month, you are eligible for a LKR 50,000 refund (the remainder covers administrative and translation costs already started).

Successful Completion: The full LKR 100,000 is returned to you once you successfully start your job in Germany.

Application Terms and Conditions Eligibility: A minimum of Diploma in a private hospital or Government Nursing (NTS)or university in Sri Lanka (3+ years) or BScN with minimum of 2 years work experience. Some employers shall consider one (01) year work experience and registered with Private Health Services Regulation Council of Sri Lanka (PHSRC) or Sri Lanka Nursing Council. Nursing Students: To apply for language course and migrate with 1 year work experience Applicants must be 40 years and below ( Male / Female) . We will consider 41-44 age group on case to case basis, Salary: Base gross salary before recognition is Euro 2,900 per month and after recognition Euro 3,500+ this is excluding accommodation, working extra hours will be paid additionally. Deduction of taxes shall apply. Job Description: Assistant Nurse in an elders care institution. Deployment to Hospitals shall be considered after a minimum period of 3 years with adaptation and work experience. 1. RECRUITMENT The Person or persons recruited shall be for the employment recruited as per demand letter and shall be designated as stated in the letter of demand, 2. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The duration of the contract initially shall be for a period of Three years and renewable by mutual agreement. 3. AIR PASSAGE Onward air ticket should be provided for all employees by the foreign principal. 4. WORKING HOURS Working hours per week will not be exceeding (40) hours. In case of overtime, compensation will be given in the form of free working days or additional payment - according to the German labor law Fully paid vacation period in Germany is 20 working days per year. 5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYER A. The salary / allowances shall be paid as stated in the letter of demand and are subject to labor union made contract frameworks like the TVÖD (tariff of publicly employed personnel) B. Food not provided C. Accommodation is not provided. Facilitation to a shared accommodation is available. D. Medical and insurance will be provided as per German labour law. E. Overtime shall be paid for off duty hours and off duty days. F. Overtime rate per hour. Employment offer letter Once the application letter is approved by the employer or the agency will issue the confirmation letter for the processing of the contract and to commence the language course. The recognition process shall commence at A2 level. Employment contract The contract shall be for a minimum of 36 moths and it is expected that the candidate shall not default the contract within the first 12 months failing which a penalty clause shall apply. A training program for 3-6 months shall be conducted by the employer in Germany with paid salary. The full recognition shall be within 24 months at which you are free to apply for career advancement 6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LOCAL AGENT The local agent shall select suitable candidates according to the foreign principal’s requirements and submit the relevant documents to foreign principal. . The local agent shall undertake to ensure that all candidates will be for the employment mention in the agreement and shall be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of departure 90 days period considered as probation period. 7. German Language : Candidates shall complete the A1 & A2 – B1& B2 German language course and exam conducted online / physically by us with Goethe examination which is recognised for visa purpose The minimum requirement for recognition is the B2 level exam to be completed in Sri Lanka. Preferably B2 exams to be completed before migrating. Online Language course online A1 & A2 ( 4 months Online ) B1 ( 3 months online ) B2 ( 3 months ) Physical classes The foreign principal shall pay the sum of Euro 500 for selected employee as processing and administrative fees payable upon employment in Germany. This is to reimburse candidates for the language training, translation, exam fees cost advanced by candidates. 8. ANNUAL LEAVE The employee or employees shall be entitled to 30 days paid leave on completion of 12 months period. 9. IN THE CASE OF DEATH In the case of the death of a Nurses during the period, the Implementing Organization shall agree to dispatch the remains of the deceased to Sri Lanka along with the personal effects and savings of the Nurses according to German law. These costs are not covered by employers in Germany. An optional private insurance to be made by nurses can cover these costs. 10. COMPENSATION The foreign principal shall ensure that the personal and accident insurance for the employee or employees to be provided for work and connected illness Injuries or death will be in accordance with the pertinent laws of the host country. 11. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS All the terms and condition of employment shall be covered by the prevailing laws of the country. Family reunification. Candidates are allowed to apply for family visa only for the spouse and children under age of 16 years.
